Interests and demands of publics about healthy
and joyful living environment and strict
sanitation are getting higher and higher.
However, we are experiencing food poisoning
accidents every year although there were
precautionary measures were prepared after
the massive food poisoning accident caused
by disease causing O-157 colon bacillus
at 1997 in Japan. HACCP (Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Point), well developed
in advanced countries, is a system that
allows to check all food poisoning and spreading
possible to occur in every processes including
production site, secondary processing, distribution,
sales and consumption as soon as possible,
and that allows to remove the possibility
of danger. Currently, our country is applying
this more and more. Technologies for applying
this system are universal effect, simple
handling process, cheap facility expense
and operational expense, safety and environmental
friendliness.
Until
now, sterilizers you can easily find in
our daily lives are sterilizers, such as
hydrogen peroxide, povidone iodine and phenol
(carbolic acid) for preventing infection
at hospitals, clearing agents, such as lax(NaOcl)
and alcoholic clearing agent for food and
kitchen sterilization, and agricultural
chemicals usually used in agricultural industry.
However, these chemical agents create resistant
bacteria according to increased using amount,
destroy environment, cause environmental
pollution and waste water treatment problem,
and may even put human lives in danger if
taken by mistake as well as causing allergies
and skin stimulus, which are problems related
to safety.
Sterilization
Water Generator, developed by Kyungwon,
applies totally differentiated sterilization

water generator provides neutral sterilization
water by using electrolytic water generator
with divided positive and negative poles,
